Price Quotes are valid for 30 days. 

Payment
To place an order a 50% deposit is required. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled due to the custom nature of our furniture. The final balance payment is due prior to completion and shipment.

Will It Fit?
The client is responsible to ensure the product will fit through doorways, hallways, elevators, stairs, etc. Should you need assistance ensuring fit, please ask a sales associate about options prior to production. If upon delivery knock down services are required, additional charges will apply. If merchandise needs to be returned to our factory, you will incur additional delivery charges.

Signing Upon Delivery
It is important that the trusted party signing for delivery has knowledge of the order. Before accepting the item please be confident with the fabric, size, quality, and style. In the rare event an item arrives in a condition other than expected, please clearly note in the delivery receipt. If delivery is not taken within 30 days if completion, storage charges will apply and be billed monthly. 

Production
This does not begin until all fabric, COM forms, signed drawings, and any other approvals have been received. If you have a desired product completion time, discuss with your sales associate about options. Orders will not be scheduled until the ship to address is confirmed.

Production lead time is estimated at about 8-10 weeks from when we receive your fabric from our vendor or if using COM, from your outside vendor. All lead times are estimates due to the custom nature of our furniture.

Dimensions
*All measurements are approximate* Standard industry tolerance is within 1" of order and/or CAD dimensions.

Walk Up
Charges at a rate of $75 per flight per piece.

Floor samples are sold “as is” and are final sale. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be made.
